HV21 High Voltage Film Capacitors Telsa Coil, Ham

Feature:
Reference standard: GB/T 2693 idt IEC 60384-l.
Metallized polypropylene/polyester film wound, non-inductive construction.
The polyester tape or specific tape wrap and epoxy resin end filled.
Excellent self-hearing property and temperature stability.
Dry construction assuring safety use.

 

Terminals including tinned copper wire, copper solder tags, copper screw, copper nut and others are available on request.
To adopt special tape to prevent insulation materials filled in high voltage devices from appearing crack, to avoid producing creepage appearance along with the crack.
Design of product can assure that there are not ion current inside capacitor under AC and high voltage pulse application.
More miniature size product available on request.

Super-High-Voltage power supply of high top medical treatment equipment.
High voltage converter.
High voltage coupling and carrier wave communication signal coupling in high voltage transmission line.

CONSTRUCTION:  NON-INDUCTIVE WOUND METALLIZED POLYPROPYLENE.

CASE:  FLAME RETARDANT TAPE WRAP CASE AND EPOXY FILL.
LEAD MATERIAL:  AXIAL SOLDER COATED OR TINNED SOLID WIRE, AWG AS SPECIFIED IN TABLES.
DIMENSIONS:  AS SPECIFIED IN TABLES.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS

CAPACITANCE:  AS SPECIFIED IN TABLES ± REQUESTED TOLERANCE WHEN MEASURED AT OR REFERRED TO 1000 ± 20 Hz AND 25 ± 5 °C.

TOLERANCE:
  ±1%, ±2%, ±5%, ±10%, AND ±20% AVAILABLE.  OTHER TOLERANCES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

DISSIPATION FACTOR:  SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN 0.1% WHEN MEASURED AT OR REFERRED TO 1000 ± 20 Hz AND 25 ± 5 °C.

INSULATION RESISTANCE:  SHALL BE GREATER THAN 300,000 MΩ FOR CAPACITANCE VALUES 0.33 µF AND LESS OR 100,000 MΩ X µF FOR CAPACITANCE VALUES GREATER THAN 0.33µF WHEN MEASURED AFTER 2 MINUTES ELECTRIFICATION AT 500VDC AND 25 ± 5 °C.

DIELECTRIC STRENGTH:  140% RATED VOLTAGE FOR 10 SECONDS THROUGH A LIMITING RESISTANCE OF 100 OHMS/VOLT AT 25 ± 5 °C.

RATED VOLTAGE:  2000VDC, 4000VDC, 6000VDC, 8000VDC, 10000VDC, AND 16000VDC AVAILABLE.

TEMPERATURE:  -55 °C TO +65 °C AT FULL RATED VOLTAGE OPERATIONAL TEMPERATURE, TO +85 °C WITH 25% VOLTAGE DERATING, +105 °C MAX STORAGE TEMPERATURE.
