HUASING owns a modern manufacturing base for capacitors. The plant covers a land area of 48,000 ㎡ with a construction area of 28,000 ㎡. We have over 300 employees, including 28 senior technical specialists. Our professional team for R&D, process technology and quality control provides solid support for stable product performance.

Equipped with more than 100 sets of automatic production facilities, we have built full‑automatic production lines for mass‑manufacturing of aluminum electrolytic, ceramic, film, tantalum and super capacitors. The annual production capacity reaches 1.5 billion pieces. We are capable of fulfilling large‑volume orders as well as customized requirements for various industrial applications.

Standardized management is implemented throughout the whole process, from incoming raw materials, winding and assembly to finished‑product testing. A complete set of precision testing equipment is applied for incoming inspection, in‑process patrol inspection and finished‑product full inspection. Every batch undergoes reliability tests.

We are certified to ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System. Our products have obtained international certifications including UL, CE, RoHS and REACH to guarantee product consistency and compliance.
